The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a shared washing machine and kitchen utensils. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic center. Despite being close to the action, the soundproof windows worked amazingly well. The owner was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to get us a fan when we requested one. The apartment had convenient parking and was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the riverside. The greeter who met us was very nice and made check-in a breeze.

Marvellous location adjacent to the historical centre, Old Town and Koblenz, everything perfect. Location near restaurants and shopping. And it is minute walk from restaurants...

I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment that had a fridge, a stovetop, and even a toaster! Plus, they had a first aid kit, you know.

Oh, how I loved feeling like a master key holder, being able to access any of the three apartments with the same key. Who needs privacy anyway?

We had a perfect stay at Cozy-Flats! Everything about this property was amazing. the location was ideal, close to the old town and riversides. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the owner was incredibly helpful and caring. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. the beds were cozy and we appreciated the fan. the parking garage was a great convenience.
